Massages

Skillful stroking, rubbing, kneading and tapping are used to work on and stimulate the skin, subcutaneous tissue and muscles in a targeted manner. More oxygen reaches the treated areas, waste products are removed more quickly and the pain subsides.

Sports massage

A sports massage is a beneficial relaxation measure after a strenuous day at work, top sporting performance or in the case of tension, hardening and after overloading.

Lymphatic drainage

Lymphatic drainage is a specific form of medical massage. It aims to promote the flow of lymph fluid in the lymphatic vessels using gentle grip techniques.

Manual trigger point therapy

Manual trigger point therapy is a myofascial pain therapy method. The trigger point therapy treatment concept is aimed at patients with chronic and acute muscle pain. The connective tissue, which is often altered and shortened in chronic pain, and the acute trigger points are treated and released using manual techniques.

Pain therapy with dry needling

Dry needling, the treatment of myofascial trigger points with acupuncture needles, can also effectively support the manual techniques. A thin needle without medication – hence the name “dry” – is inserted precisely into the trigger point that is responsible for the current discomfort. This relieves cramps, improves local blood circulation and reduces local inflammatory reactions. D
